Sundays Well Dance

As you might be aware we are having a players and member's dinner dance on Tuesday the 16th of March in the Maryborough House Hotel at 7.30pm dress code smart casual. As a member we wanted to offer you the opportunity to partake in this evening of fun and memories with old and not so old members and friends. We hope to see as many club members there as possible. If you wish to sit all of your friends together we can oblige but please advise us in advance. We are projecting eight or ten people per table. The dinner will comprise of a sit down three course meal. An awards presentation will be held for current players as well as entertainment from a live band and later on a disco with DJ. Any of our out of town members can contact the hotel to receive a discount on accommodation for the night, just mention the dinner dance itself and your attending.
There will be a raffle with some very nice spot prizes and hopefully a main prize of 2 tickets for the Munster vs Northampton in the Heineken cup..
Any spot prizes will be gratefully accepted for the occasion..
The cost for the evening's entertainment will be kept as low as possible and we hope to be able to donate any profit we make to help the club. The cost per ticket will be €65 per person for everybody, players and non players alike. There is a limit on numbers so first come first served. Last day for numbers is 10/03/10. Final number will be given to the hotel on that date, and there will be no exceptions.
